I am a conceptual artist.
Born in 1989 in Lausanne, Switzerland, where I live alternately with Paris, I studied Photography at ECAL in Lausanne, visual communication at ESAM Paris, and obtained a Master degree of Fine Arts from Central Saint Martins UAL.
My research explores the construction of identity, social media, and the quest for self-identity in our hyper digital age. It offers a dreamy and contemplative glance over deeper societal explorations that steers my artistic process. Through philosophers like Guy Debord and Jean Baudrillard, I developed a fascination with the illusion of the self and the meaning of identity construction. A quest of identity which I explore through digital mediums, surrealistic atmospheres, interactive artworks and mixed media. Through my creations, I present the world through a different perspective rather than the one dictated by society. In that sense, I approach virtuality as a way to (re)connect with oneself.
My work was exhibited in international galleries and art institutions such as Museum Der Bildenden KΓΌnste in Leipzig, Magasins GΓ©nΓ©raux in Paris, Koenig Galerie in Berlin, CADAF (Crypto & Digital Art Fair), and OΓ Art in Linz as well as some of the most iconic screens including Times Square in New York, Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo, K-Pop Square in Seoul and Piccadilly Lights in London.
